These dogs are medium in size, with a body that is slightly longer than tall. They look more like a lightly built Australian Shepherd, only without a bobtail. The muzzle of the dog tapers to the black nose. The oval eyes are usually dark brown. The dog’s tail reaches to the hock and is sometimes raised when the dog is excited.
